I recommend coming for an initial consultation, which is free - telephone in absolute confidence on 07971 685240. You may get an answer machine, if so, just leave a message with your contact telephone number (especially if yours is set to 'withhold caller') and unless I am away on holiday I will call you back within 48 hours, and more normally sooner.

Sometimes, reaching out for support can feel quite hard to do, and you might feel nervous - especially if you have never experienced any sort of therapy, and had an experience of being unsupported in your life before. This initial session gives you the opportunity to meet me and to find out whether working with me could potentially feel beneficial. There will be time at the end of the first session to see how you feel about this and about where you want to go from there.


A session is 50 minutes long and, would normally take place at the same time and day every week. If, occasionally, you are unable to make your appointment I will endeavor to find another time that week for your session.
